Wednesday I completed a 50 minute aerobics session with kids interrupting and laughing at me!!! Very annoying but in the end I told them to bugger off or else they wouldn't get any treats today! And then a 20 minute walk in the evening with partner and kids.....so not super brisk but it wasn't too bad. A bit of a sprint involved chasing the kangaroos back out the gate after they came into the paddock!!! Damn things, as soon as the gate is left open in the evening they come in.

Hi Marie,
Was this counted on a pedometer? If so, have you checked its accuracy (They usually have to be adjusted to your personal walking action)? I just ask as 3 mile works out to around 5 kilometers which is around 5000 steps at an average stride of 1 meter.

If my math is off, someone check me - it was never my strong point LOL!

Either way, it's a fantastic effort! Keep up the good work, and all the best!
