no walk today due to the rainy weather*

10 mins ballet workout x 2
10 mins kick boxing
10 mins boot camp x 2
10 mins yoga

= 60 mins

went for a walk this afternoon after all. it wasnt raining and i had to dash to the newsagency and the post office before the rain came again so it was a brisk walk for 30 mins

Met an old friend for lunch so didn't get to gym today. 20 mins brisk walking...in heels no less! Surely that should count for more than 20 then. :D

after work: 45 min walk

5.5km walk home. :) oh and the washing up...lots of pots and pans.
