You seem to do a lot of exercise Kate and it always sounds fun. Are they DVDs?

- 50mins brisk walking

- 30mins circuit

Tossing up whether or not to do 20mins pilates.

yeah i brought a 10 mins solutions dvd. i reckon it awesome, and i dont lose concentration. because they have to fit everything into 10 minutes they really push it along and it gets your heart rate up!
