Walking into town (shopping and back) plus walking around town will probably be about 2.5 hours

30 min xtrainer
20 min bike
15 min t/mill

go for a walk later in the day
45 min...

Going to the gym at lunch. A 30 min workout on the treadmill and stepper.


Update
I managed to do 20 mins on the stepper and 10 mins on the treadmill (would have done more but ran out of time).

walked down to sandy bay, then to Salamanca and back home. 1.5 hours, half way all up hill with about 2.5kg of shopping, about 8500 steps and I'm going to do some cleaning this arvo
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Wow, some of you have really burnt some calories today!

Think I'll do 20 crunches
20 step-ups
20 leg lifts
50 dumbell lifts

Don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water!

how much is 8 glasses in mills? I have bottles of water with me during the day, so I don't really know what that is in glasses

8 x Image glasses = 64oz which is around 2 litres
before metric, they used to say drink ½ your body weight in ounces.
