55 min walk with the pooch - only 4km but a lot of sniffing and peeing and a bit of off leash time... then there was the dog's activities... :P

I'll be back later. This after I WILL do the Body Combat class and do a 3km/15 min run.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

LOL - as a martial artist I get quite frustrated having to do everything to the beat and I'm quite unco too at a lot of the moves :oops: cos some of the moves they put in there you would NEVER do in real life so I trip over myself while trying to figure out the application of it... and also wonder why people wear gloves/knuckle protectors when they're just punching air :P So silly! I can understand the instructor doing it to make their fists more visible, but the participants :shock:

OMG I've wondered the same thing. A few ladies in the body combat classes I've been to wear gloves to do the class. There is no need after all its just punching air: lol: :lol: :lol:

This morning I went for a 10k run and did 20 minutes on the stir climber. Ouch my butt muscles are sore now.

20 mins skipping with my new skipping rope :)

Kmart have a sale on their gym equipment at the moment guys- from bikes to balls and dumbells. you should all check it out

I did the Body Combat class and then 1.5km/10 mins on the tready.
