:arrow: Couldn't go for my morning run as it was raining :( I did however do 20 minutes running on the treadmill at 11 speed but got bored lol

:arrow: 20 minutes on exercise bike

As soon as I've finished typing this I'm going to do:
:arrow: 20 minute weights session
:arrow: 10 minutes stretching
:arrow: 40 minutes on the treadmill

I have steam to burn off. I might head downstairs to the gym and us the punching bag and pretend it's my boss's face hahaha. I've just been handed 200 case loads :twisted: :twisted: on top of all the other work I have to do argh...and then I have to rush to get ready to go out and have some funnnnnn....then a few hours of worky before bedy time and then hopefully it's not raining tomorrow morning as I would love to get out there and hit the pavement. ( :oops: :oops: sorry for my long winded babble lol)

hey jen enjoy your workout, it will let off a bit of steam i reckon!! boss' can be quite nasty when they want to be cant they. i hope you work well under pressure?! enjoy your time out tonight :) its suppose to rain here on the coast until friday :(

7 mins jogging (calf didn't like it today :( )
24 mins cross trainer
12 mins stretching

Damn, my calf didn't like running today, had problems last time too. Stupid legs! So jumped on the cross trainer and went at it pretty hard, I am tired now.

15 minutes on the rowing machine.

15 minutes crunches.

And the typical Monday housework LOL
