30 min walk with the pooch
Will do either a group exercise class for an hour later, or an hour of cardio & weights... haven't decided yet!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

20 minutes rowing machine

crunches 15 minutes

ran for 1 km

once again house work :)

13 min Cross Trainer (go figure - I leave for the gym 5 mins earlier so I can squeeze in a bit more cardio and the traffic is worse so I STILL only fit in 13 mins, grr! Will have to try harder next time!!)
