did bout five minutes!ok my aim was ten but i just couldnt do it!am off for a walk now.and when i get abck ill do another five mins of skipping!

50mins walking. Felt like 2 hours though since the wind was such strong resistence today.

Only did about 30-40mins of walking today. Supposed to go to TKD class tonight but I feel rather queasy after lunch today so will give it a miss.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

58 minutes 30km on the exercise bike, 20 km with hand weights.
20 minutes row machine.
1.5 hour walk

20 belly blasters
20 Air Bike Crunches
40 Scissor Kicks
40 half crunches

and the house work which is starting to be enjoyable LOL I know I know it sounds stupid, but put listen to some music via your ipod mp3 player and dance hehehe, just hope no one walks through your front door! ;)
