I'm going to go for a walk down to the local brewery to see how much their tours are then around the Female factory and home again. If that's not enough I'll walk around the waterworks reserve as well. Hopefully I won't see a snake this time!

was 7800 steps, as usual, half of which was up hill (that's the good thing about Tassie, everywhere you walk is a good workout). I think rather than go for another walk, I'll do some strengh exercises: 20 situps, 20 leg lifts each side, 20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 bicep curls, 20 tricep curls.

Make that 30 of each.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I went for a 1/2 hour walk this morning and a 1/2 hour walk this evening while my wonderful husband babysat. I can usually run halfway (1.5 kms) but my muscles were sooo sore from doing squats yesterday so I just walked.

Fri I did 35 min's aerobics. Had planned to do 50 but sister in law turned up 30 mins early with her kids for me to look after for the day! I quite work a while ago and now have become a baby sitter for the sister in law's and life sucking friends!!! Only a couple of them are like that!!! My good friends arent of course, but then I don't mind having their kids cos they are my good friends. Sometimes I think I probably shouldn't have given up working! But I was burnt out! Then a 20 minute swim with the kids in the dam. Lots of bombies off the jetty!

Keep Smiling!!!
