I'm going to go for a walk down to the local brewery to see how much their tours are then around the Female factory and home again. If that's not enough I'll walk around the waterworks reserve as well. Hopefully I won't see a snake this time!
was 7800 steps, as usual, half of which was up hill (that's the good thing about Tassie, everywhere you walk is a good workout). I think rather than go for another walk, I'll do some strengh exercises: 20 situps, 20 leg lifts each side, 20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 bicep curls, 20 tricep curls.
Make that 30 of each.

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
