Today....I have done nothing so far. Had a late night so was too tired to wake at 5am.

But tonite, I am going to go on the treadmill for about 30mins and do some weights, pushups and situps, and maybe attempt the cross trainer :)

I hope i complete that ha ha

New Weight's & Cardio workout 2 hour's

Cardio
10 min stretch
10 min Level 9 Eplical machine
10 min SC Level 15 recrutiment bike
5 min 90 watt's rowing
10 min spin bike
15 min Treadmill

Weight's
3 x 12 rep's 8.7Kg Seated Dumb bell shoulder press
3 x 12 rep's 20Kg Barbell Upright row
3 x 12 rep's 8.7Kg Lying Dumbbell Chest Press
3 x 12 rep's 45Kg Wide grip Lat pulldown
3 x 12 each side leg lunges
3 x 15 Swiss Ball wall squat's hold every 5 rep's
2 x 15 rep's No 3 preculater curl
2 x 15 35Kg rep's Rope tricep pushdown
2 rep's hold for 30 seconds hover's
2 rep's hold for 30 seconds hover swiss ball
3 x 15 Reverse crunch on bench
3 x 15/per side alternate arm + leg raises
10 min strech cool down
