worked for 8 hours today at the maket, was flat out most of the day - sold out of bread by 1:30, and all the pies were gone by 2:30 - and did the shopping, walking to and from the car. Wore my pedometer again this week, 6800 steps, and there was also lifting, squatting, bending, carrying shopping.
My quads are feeling the pinch today from the squats I did yesterday.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
