wow everyone on here does so much exercise, how do you find time? i work mon-fri meaning i am busy from 6am-6pm and then its dinner and exercise if i have time.
Tonight, i did 1km on the treadmill at 5kms an hr and 3 incline, only a few minutes on the cross trainer, it kills my legs ha ha, and then i did 3 sets of 30 crunches, and 10 girly push ups and some arm weights.
I wish i had more time and more ideas about exercise, ones that i dont get bored of easily.
I wish i could spend a good 2-3 hrs working out, or at least do more lol
