Today i am going to walk to the shops while on lunch break buy a skipping rope and walk back again (unsure the distance)

tonite:
treadmill
crosstrainer
pushups
crunches
weights
skipping

walk to and from shops as well as in the shops approx 1.5km all up.

3kms treadmill (5.6km/h with 5mins at 6km/h)
skipping for a few minutes
2 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 10 women's pushups
10 tricep curls
2 sets of 10 weights per arm
