morning 50 crunches
30 mins on hand weights and exercise bike
1 mile walk 30 mins
a further 50 crunches :)

Thanks for posting the exercise diary for yesterday marie!!


I went for a 50 min walk up the beach and back while the bloke was "surfing". I was supposed to be learning to surf myself, or at leasy body-boarding, but it was waaaayyyy too cold for me without a wetsuit.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
