This morning I walked my dog for about 20-25 min then came home and did some sit ups and other excerises plus danced to 3 songs on foxtel

approx 10-15mins skipping
[tba] km treadmill

3 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 10 push ups (womens)
2 sets of 10 bicycle (on back)
2 sets of 10 weights (per arm)
2 sets of 10 triceps dips

(and basic cleaning, moving exercise equipment around, and cleaning garage)

YOU CAN DOOO IT!!!!!

[First goal: to reach 80kgs]
[Second goal: to reach 75kgs]

50min exercise bike on high intensity rolling hills (hard work!)
