went for a walk around the lower waterworks dam, 7400 steps (about 1.5 hours), plus incidental exercise I'm up to 9700 at lunch time, should have done 10,000 + by end of day.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Well today I have done an hour of aerobics in the garage. Kids didnt even interrupt until I was nearly finished! I make up my own routine and change it around and I am actually enjoying it! I hadn't done aerobics for about 2 years until I started again last week in the garage. Can't do it inside as the house is on stumps and my jumping around will shake the pictures off the wall no doubt!!! Garage is good cos when partner takes his car off to work there is a huge space there and I whack the cd into the car for the music! Used the hand weights a bit today as well. Totally buggered afterward. I might take the kids to the dam this afternoon and swim for 30 mins if I get the time.

Well did go for a swim with the kids and swam up and down the dam for about 15 mins. It was 5 lengths, a different stroke each time. Today I am aiming for 6 lengths and a bit more freestyle. Just about killed me!
