Today's exercise:
1 hr step class (15min bike, 15 min step, 15min run & skip, 15 min stretch)
1 km walk from gym to tram
3 hours shopping in the city

CW- 57kgs, GW- 53kgs (8kgs lost!)

yay back into exercise :)

33mins on treadmil (5.8lm/h incline 1 - 3kms)

5mins skipping (man that was tough)

3 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 10 pushups
20 tricep dips
2 sets of 10 ups (weights) both arms

YAY now i must sleep!
