11600 steps throughout the day including around 8000 steps walking to Uni and back.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

alright was ill yesterday so did not do anything so that was why there was no posts.
morning 2 mile walk
afternoon 2 mile walk
70 crunches

I swam/played in the surf for 2 hours.

Boy was it so much fun and great exercise on the arms and legs.
