ok! Back into exercise

- 3km (35mins) on treadmill (incline:1, speed:5.6km/h)
- 50 skip rope jumps
- 3 sets of 30 crunches
- 2 set sets of 10 tricep dips
- 2 sets of 10 pushups
- 2 sets of 10 weights (per arm)

woohoo i am pumped :)

4x 40 crunches

4x 10 lunges
4x 20 squats
4x 5mins on my mini tramp
walk/kick dvd

a huge work out digging up the garden today! was buggered but boy oh boy it felt goos afterwards!

I did 30 min of the areobics oz style dvd, and walked around the shops for a few hours

we went for a walk down to the vege shop and I thought we'd try to take a different way home.

So a 45 minute walk turned into about 80 minutes!! Not bad!

i brought myself another 10 minute solution work out dvd. its the 'carb and calorie burner'

boy am i feeling it!!

10mins SLOW AND STEADY BURN (i told mick its more like the fast and the furious burn' lol- its quite dance orientated

10 mins CARB KILLER (based around kickboxing moves)

10 mins POWER BLAST (a lot of leg moves, jumps, springs etc)

Horse riding
45 minutes walking 7 km an hour.
45 minutes ab exercises.

Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
