hey kate what kinda of boot camp exercises do u do?
ive been trying to find exercises and times u need to do to join the army.

I've managed to scrape in a 35 min walk on the Tready today :D I'm so stoked that I've been able to get that much in :wink: :lol:

i just follow the dvd :P but you do push ups, sit ups, weights, shuffles, hops and side steps, knee lifts, tricep dips etc. its at a fast pace so you dont really have time to think- you just do! lol

20mins Swiss ball (crunches, push ups, balancing, flexibility)

I haven't done a proper workout for at least a week and a half and boyyy could I tell. I really need to get back into it!!
