Another day of light floor exercises for me.

I'll go for another walk round the waterworks today. Should be around 8500 steps ish.

20 situps, 20 leg lifts (each leg), 20 push ups, 20 squats
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Went back to the gym today for 35 minutes.

On the treadmill, I walked for 5 mins, ran for 5 etc until the 35 minutes was up.

1 Mile DVD

20 min walk to the playground and back with my grandaughter

2 hours working around our 145 aviaries
