30 Minutes Weights (Machines, Free Weights, Ab Exercises)
40 Minutes Cardio tonight (Crosses fingers!)
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Did 6 hours of house work today getting into the spring time cleaning thingy LOL, didn't get a chance to do much else besides a fast walk/run for 35 minutes.

2 sets of 10 triceps dips
2 sets of 10 weights per arm

20mins High Intensity Interval Training on the exercise bike.
