Walking around the shops for an hour

walked to work, and then worked 9-3 then did the shopping. 8000 steps so far today.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I walked around the shops too, but I don't think it did any good, because I came home with a bag of Oh well, tomorrows another day!

Well I managed to do my 10000 steps today in 2 walks...yay!
