10 mins slow and steady burn (or as i like to call it- fast and furious burn)

10 mins carb blaster work out

*hard to work out whilst you have a sick bub!*

2.5 km walk

Its my one day off a fortnight but I went shopping in town and did heaps of heels...stuffed now!!

I wasnt upto going to the gym because of a really really sore throat. But now with some antibiotics in my system i started cleaning my house from top to bottom so thats good enough exercise for me... Its always harder with my 2 1/2 year old at my feet.

30 Minutes - aerobics tape.
Going to hit the tredmill for some fast-paced walking and jogging after this post, then heading out for a comfortable-paced walk to the nearest shopping centre about 6km away (slowly building up the distance I can walk comfortably because Dad and I plan on doing a 1000km bush hike next year:D)

Walked for 5 hours, shopping in Town. And took an eager group of Prep kids on an excursion.
