The bloke and I walked from the Springs to Junction Cabin and back. 11500 steps. approx 2 hours.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Wow way to go Tegan!!! Sunday was a wee bit slack but my partner said he wanted to do some concreting and needed my help so I was planning on doing that but it got too hot to do it so it never got done and it didn't give me an hour or so of exercise. it's great for the butt cos I am constantly crouching in the cement and smoothing it out. I'm a damn good grano worker when I want to be....hahaha. So I took the kids swimming. Did approx. 30 mins of swimming the laps in the dam and then played water chasy with them for about another 15 mins cos I was the one who was always IT......typical children whinging that not one of the 4 of them wanted to be it. But that was ok cos I got loads of exercise doing it!!!
