Don't sample to many Dolly!!

I'll probably go for a walk round the waterworks today. 8500 steps as per usual. Lovely day today, there were some people playing cricket. Looked like fantastic fun!

Well today I have done nothing yet except the grocery shopping. But I intend on taking the kids swimming again in the dam later on this afternoon. And I am hoping to go for a 40 min or so walk later on this evening. Maybe an early dinner then walk.

1 hour 15 mins at the gym today and 2 gym classes yesterday...
:D
Jeez, step classes are hard! I did one on Sunday coz my man's sister was teaching and you gotta be pretty coordinated. I gave up trying to get all the steps right after about 10 minutes and just jumped around and laughed. Oh well, i tried!
