went for a 2.5 km run, boyfriend came along, his endurance wasn't very good, so he dropped out, I felt bad so I stopped with him.

I have pretty good endurance and I can run for long distances, I just can't sprint very fast.
Current weight 50.4kg
Current Fat % 13.5%

Fat % 14.0%

10 Minute Run
10 Minute Walk up incline
10 Minute Bike

I was very impatient at the gym yesterday :(

Oh and a 20 minute walk to and from work.
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
