ok well since i have been sick, i wont be doing much.

Walk around the shops 30-45mins (looking for present for mum's bday tomorrow)
Wii - boxing, bowling, baseball and tennis :)

I did 30 mins with the personal trainer and man i hurt!

60 minutes exercise bike
2 hours walking
15 minutes rowing machine
Did some gardening with my 6 year old which was fun and really wore me out 60 minutes.
