2.5km walk not feeling well so i think thats about it for me today

First day of TTOM for me today...you know that crappy day where your bum and belly feel like they're dragging along the ground? lol thats where I am today and I have a headache, so Ive been lazy and had a day off today ;)

haha ttotm for me too! am over it. i have got a temperature and a headache and a little girl with a temperature and runny nose!

20 Minute Walk to and from work (in rain!)
30 Minute walk around town (does that count?)
30-40 Minute walk tonight
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Today i did a good 90 mins of walking
2x10 mins on exercise bike and
1x 20 mins on exercise bike

plus i managed to do 30 sit ups and some warm ups as well

80 minutes exercise bike
20 minutes rowing machine
30 minutes of walking 3.5 km
2x 30 crunches
2x30 reverse crunches
1x 30 slow bridging
2x10 lying scissors
1x20 squats

you got that right! bedtime was a drama with heidi last night but she seems better this morning. im feeling better too!!! yay!!
