Well I am feeling really slack today. I haven't done any exercise as yet. It's very overcast, tho I don't think it will rain. It's going to be cool so their won't be any swimming in the dam but I might walk to my mother in laws house to visit her and have a cup of tea later on this morning. Thats about 15 mins each way. It makes her day if I come to visit her. Then the concreting is definitely on this arvo as it is cool today.....bugger!!!

Walked down town for a job interview and back again. 7800 steps.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

thanks Jenni. It takes a while to work up to 30 mins on the x-trainer. When I first of all started I could only do about 3 mins on level 3.

My suggestion is to give it a go. Start of slowly and work your way up to more time and more levels. Its a great all over body toner and fat burner.
