10 mins carb burner
10 mins kickboxing work out
6km bike ride

15 Minute warm up

Free Weights x 3 sets
15 Crunches
24 Captains Chair Leg Ups

20 Minutes Cross Trainer

5 minutes stretching
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

30 min Power Walk at Lunch time - bad idea, allergies went absolutely mental and have felt like crappola since :(
