I'm going to walk in the the Uni today for work at International Services. Then I'll head down to the supermarket and health food shop and get some rooibos tea. Then walk back, and if necessary, go round the lower waterworks dam.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Well I have been for a 50 min walk this morning. 5500 steps and just under 4kms. If it's warm enough I will take the kids to the dam and swim for half an hour. If not I will do another walk this arvo. Probably just the 25 min walk tho. If I can be really good I could do both!!!! hahaha. I will aim for it but I'm not going to be mad with myself if I dont. I have painting to do today anyway and of course a houseful of kids yet again. I have to learn to say no to all these so called friends and family who want me to have their kids!

Well I didn't go swimming cos the kids were being disrespectful to me in front of the other kids here so I told them we were not going to go because of their behaviour. And then they spat it yet again! But then they started to behave so maybe it worked! So I went for a 15 min walk with my partner after tea last night. Better than nothing!

This morning I went for a 55min brisk walk with my dog. It's much nicer to walk in the cooler weather we are having here than the sun!

It's great when it starts to get easier isn't it Jenni! The hills are becoming less of a battle for me. I walked up the hill from hell today rather than taking the longer but less steep route. I only had to stop once.

8900steps today and I got the rooibos tea I was after
