15min walk to gym [intensity low]
5min warm up on bike [intensity medium/high]
bench press 3x16 30kg
leg press 3x16 60kg
row machine press 3x16 40kg
leg curls 2x16 10kg
free weights, bicep curls 4x16 15kg
rope weights 3x16 25kg
15 min swim [intensity high]
20min walk home [intensity low]

today was good, just by myself today[mate wanted a sleep in after a big weekend] but i felt so great afterwards. i sorta do this rountine 3 days a week. tis good

50 sit ups
85 star jumps (done in small lots over the day)
20 mins "dancing" around the lounge room :lol:
