90 squats with resistance band
30 lateral lunges left
30 lateral lunges right
30 calf raisers with a chair
30 lying abduction left
30 lying abduction right
50 bridging
30 wall push ups
30 dumbbell lateral raisers
20 triceps dips
50 crunches
50 crunches with twist
50 reverse crunches
20 scissors
30 minute fast walk
60 minute exercise bike
