walked around the market and then worked, then did the shopping. 6800 steps.

My hamstring has progressively gotten quite sore and tight today, to the point that it's tender to pressure (I went to put the clutch in today and nearly stalled it as my leg pressed against the seat and I felt pain and jumped off the clutch  )

I hope it comes right by tomorrow. Any suggestions?

HI Butterfly, i would suggest that you rest!!!! Put ice on it also. You dont want to do too much especially if youve torn something!

Thanks jenni, the ice is definitely a good idea, I will do that now and I will put some sports rub on before bed.
