Went for a morning walk again around the waterworks, forgot to wear the pedometer, but it will have been around 8500-9000steps and I did it faster today. Usually takes me around 1 hour 20-30 min, took me 1 hour today and I kept the heart rate up almost the whole way. Will also be giving the house a good clean today as it hasn't had one for a while
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
