Ok well I know its not much but its a start

100 crunches
100 (not sure what there called) you lay on your back and bring your pelvis up
50 on each leg laying on my side and lifting my leg up high
50 lunges

and am going to con hubby into going for a walk tonight

I wanted to go for a bike ride this morning, but then I realised I have three assignments due Friday. *sigh* I hate how study must always come first... No exercise for for the rest of the week...

Good morning everyone,

This morning I went to a spin class.

This afternoon I will make myself go to step. Now that I have entered into my daily exercise post I feel obliged! :)


I over ate at dinner last night, this includes potato bake with loads of cream, cheese, bacon etc. I then went on to eat tina wafers :cry: Maybe if I hadn't had that rather large glass of red wine I might have been able to resist.

:idea: This forum is a fantastic motivator. Keep up the great work guys!

wall push ups 60
calf raisers 60

lateral lunges I really should video myself doing this and put it up in here I'm soooooooo unco LOL! But I managed 60 on the left and 60 on the right before I nearly fell over! LOL

Lying adduction 60 on the left and 60 on the right
lying abduction 60 on the left and 60 on the right

Bridges 60
crunches 80
reverse crunches 80
crunches with twist 60

30 minutes on the exercise bike.

Well I think I should start with the exercise diary although I do keep one at home.

One hour walk - 7km

(and walking around the shopping centre for two hours- does that count???)
