Again walked around the waterworks. Didn't go quite as fast today though as I had forgotten my water bottle so didn't want to dehydrate myself :roll:. Again forgot my pedometer, but don't really need it for that walk as I now know what it is - 8500-9000 steps.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

2.4km road run in 15:30 (i stopped twice)
10 min cross trainer
10 min exercise bike
3 x 15 situps
3 x 10 pushups (2 male pushups at the beginning of each set)
Leg Press 30kg 3 x 12 reps
lunges with 4kg weights 3 x 12 reps
bench press 3 x 12 with 8kg weights
upright rows 3 x 12 with 8kg weights
3 x 12 bicep curls 7kg weights
3 x 20 situps with 6kg medicine ball :cry:
Lateral pulldown 3 x 12 reps 60pounds
3 x 20second hover
5 mins stepping machine level 5 and level 11 for the last 30 seconds

pheww!!!

Phew Jenni, I am exhausted just reading your workout!

Anyway here's mine:
walk 15 mins
stepups holding 5kg dumbells 3 x 15
Bench press 5kg dumbell raises 3 x 15
Chess Press 10kg 3 x 15
Lateral Pulldown 20kg 3 x 15
Tricep Pulldown 10kg 2 x 15, 1 x 10
Bench Press 10kg 1 x 15
Leg/hamstring curls 10kg 1 x 10
Abroller 2 x 15
Total: 50 mins
