At the moment here in Perth the weather has been going stupid, hot, cold and raining. Because of this I like to workout at home. Now this may sound silly but I love it. I put on my favourite CD and then even if Im wearing trackies I put on my highest heels. I dance around the house, shaking my thing and I dont stop til the end of the CD (which is about 1hour).
Its a fun way to exercise and I never get bored because Im always thinking of new dance moves... and by wearing the heels you can "drop it down" (squats) and work the muscles more.

Great idea,

that's exactly what exercise Kirsty Alley did to lose 25kg. She chose to wear high heels because it made her feel sexy.

If she can do it, so can we!

Sounds good, but if I tried to do that in heels it would not be a pretty sight. :wink: :oops: :lol:

I think its better doing it when no one is home so you never question how much of an idiot you look like. Grab your heels and your hairbrush and dance and sing til the whole CD is played out!!!! Dont think about what youre doing, just do it!

That sounds like fun! I don't have any heels tho!! Well only small heels. But that is sort of like when I do aerobics. I just make up my own stuff. Haven't done any for a couple of weeks tho. But next week kids go back to school......yay!!! So they can't laugh at me when I do aerobics in the garage.
