At the moment here in Perth the weather has been going stupid, hot, cold and raining. Because of this I like to workout at home. Now this may sound silly but I love it. I put on my favourite CD and then even if Im wearing trackies I put on my highest heels. I dance around the house, shaking my thing and I dont stop til the end of the CD (which is about 1hour).
Its a fun way to exercise and I never get bored because Im always thinking of new dance moves... and by wearing the heels you can "drop it down" (squats) and work the muscles more.
STICKS AND STONES MAY BREAK YOUR BONES, BUT CAKE WON'T HEAL WHAT HURTS YOU.
