i just came home from trick or treating, i don't have THAT much candy or chocolate but oh well, i seperated the candies from the chocolate, and instead of eating it all tonight like i used to do in the past, i'm going to have one chocolate or candy in my lunch for school so that i keep it in moderation! i hope it works :)
