It's nice to sort all that out isn't it?
I like to keep cruskits on hand (low cal!) and some low fat/low cal dips (black swan skinny range are great) for low calorie snacks.. ALways have a box of Le Snaks too, for a 88 calorie snack
Also, cup a soups, diet yoghurt...
Diet jelly is good, hardly any calories.
And of course, a big glass of water!
