but OMG I am feeling sooooo hungry right now -actually for the past hour or so. DH wont be home until 7.30pm so I know I should wait until then for dinner but well you know the story!! LOL

I only have 535 calories left for the day so I have to be good. I am making grilled chicken breast (no skin), sweetcorn and salad for dinner, I think that will end up about 365 calories and then I will have a cup of tea before bed so another 65 calories so a grand total of 1445 for the day...maybe I should have a 100 calorie or less snack...I'll go and find some ricecakes I think...ahhh now I feel better calmly sortng it all out!!!

It's nice to sort all that out isn't it?

I like to keep cruskits on hand (low cal!) and some low fat/low cal dips (black swan skinny range are great) for low calorie snacks.. ALways have a box of Le Snaks too, for a 88 calorie snack :)

Also, cup a soups, diet yoghurt...

Diet jelly is good, hardly any calories.

And of course, a big glass of water! :)

Thanks for the reply! I think I will have to go shopping so I can have some easy options on hand for when I am suffering!!
