Guess what?

Postby Fiona25 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 7:34 am

It has been a week since my last binge and for the first time ever I think, I have not had 1 craving at all! Infact, the thought of greasy take out food makes me feel really sick and queasy!

I don't think I could stomach junk food if someone paid me to eat it right now :D

I buy a few slim secrets and protein bars with every weekly shop now and they keep me well and truly satisfied.

I just had so share, i'm very happy and feeling very proud of myself :D

Even if I think really hard, there is not 1 bit of junk food that I would like to eat or am craving.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Well done, I was not so fortunate last night. Sheraton Hotel Seafood buffet with crab and oysters, prawns, mussels, fish and all the standard buffet fare.

I wanted my $75 worth goddammit. I will do an extra hour in the gym today to make up for it though.

Good on you Fiona! I too haven't had any cravings for greasy food, which is actually a problem today. My partner wants to get pizza tonight (too hot to cook) but I reeeeally don't feel like it. I get the vegetarian option with no cheese, but it's still too greasy for me! I may have to try and talk him into trying to crave a fresh healthy salad instead.
