I have to confess my addiction is Chocolate and, when I get upset it is the one thing that I turn to. That is bad I know. What are some Ideas to get over this? :cry: [/b]

Hi Amy, I have the same addiction, there are three ideas that come to mind,
one is don't have it in the house,
or sip cocoa drinks throughout the day
or get someone trustworthy in the house to hold on to the chocolate supplies and just give you a 6 square ration each night (if you've stuck to your diet plan)

One good supplement that is good for chocolate/sweet cravings is Chromium - you can buy from the health food shop, it also helps to regulate blood sugar, which can also effect how you loose weight.

I read somewhere if you are craving something sweet eat a cocktail onion (or two) and it takes away the craving... its worked the couple of times i was craving chocolate really bad...
