Sitting in front of the tv last night all i could think of was those ANZAC cookies we had cooked the other day and were now sitting in my pantry, at one point i was so close to getting 1 but i kept saying you don't need it, your not hungry your just bored... and it worked! first time, i didn't get the dam cookie! and after about 20minutes i was over it and no longer thinking bout the cookie, i was so proud when i went to bed, i did it! ps. i know it's just a cookie but 1 turns into 2 then i figure i've already blown it and eat whatever i want.

CW: 80.6 kg
Goal 1 - in the 70's by 31/7 (not sure im going to make this one!)
GW: 70kg (for now) by Dec 9th 09

Well done! It's amazing how waiting out a craving often results in the craving going away. You did really well. Good on you!
