The way I get past the craving is either to have something high in protein ( light philli cheese on a rice cake) or the thing that I have with my constantly is a little bag of "trail mix" I make my own, sultanas, yoghurt balls, a little nutigrain, sunflower seeds, dried banana chips, and sometimes a little chopped dark chocolate too. The best thing is, you can add anything you like, and you can take it anywhere. It really curbs the cravings for me :D

I do the same at work, mix my own fruit and nuts. If I really want the coccie, I go 85% cocoa chocolate or a cup of hot chocolate made from unsweetened cocoa with a little milk and hot water.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
