I'd go with either a Subway or a Maccas heart tick meal but the Subway would be my first choice.
On second thoughts how about some sushi??

Yeah, Subway...or maybe one of those seared chicken burgers from Macca's. If you are driving you could go to the supermarket and buy healthy stuff

Nandos is awesome healthy takeaway :) a chicken wrap with mayo is less than 300 cals and delish!

Go the Nando's! Great low-cal options. High in sodium though, but fluid disappears in a couple of days!

I always use the search function on delivery hero's site since they have so many takeaway options but then you can filter with sushi, or vegetarian etc which I personally use when I'm too tired to cook, but don't want to wreak my diet plan! Sorry this is an obvious plug :) but I really like their service, and my sister used to work for them.

Just remember if you get Subway to skip the mayo, it's never worth the calories.

This thread is a bit old but I must second Nando's! I always get the 1/4 chicken with mild sauce, it's about 300 calories (doesn't matter if you get the thigh or breast piece it's around the same). I used to order it with a side of chips but that adds another 300-400 calories, and it's just rididulous. Now I swap the chips for their side salad which is delicious and comes with some nice dressings. This definitely makes a much healthier and tasty meal. I avoid all chips now, the servings are just so big most places.
