i had a weird experience today...

my mother and i went to gloria jeans to buy a coffee for my sister and she said i could ahve one and i said no but then changed my mind and went in to order but started to get freaked out by the possibilty of drinkin a skinny milk caffiene free drink... i guess the syrup is full of sugar but i didn't get one and left the builing asap....

oh well done. i miss my gloria jeans ice chocolate with whipped cream ontop :P ah well it will be there for a treat when ive lost this weight :P

Well done on resisting the temptation :D

Skinny milk should be okay though. And it's better in coffees as it is a lot frothier than regular milk. In fact, some bars ONLY use skinny milk, for this reason :)

I recommend the strong long black... no sugar (not from Gloria Jeans though as they only use giant cups and water it down :( ) Should resemble mud, and keep you awake all night 8)
