Arrrggg chocolate cravings! I used to get that really badly every night and it was horrible
Having a bath or finding something else to do is a great idea. Even going out for a walk, so that you're away from the chocolate.
I find the Jarrah Hot Chocolates really good, and usually reach for one of those instead of chocolate. I have recently tried the chai latte version which is quite yummy.
Also have a look in this topic.... Dolly wrote a comment regarding a hypnosis technique, which is really quite neat. I have to say that it has had some effect on me and I often think about it when I feel like eating chocolate
(Yuck... imagine if chocolate were made out of dogs droppings or something like that! I certainly would not want to eat it then
