i love the Cheddar block cheeses.

i used to slice off slices with a knife and put it on a toasted tomato sandwhich, but now i use a peeler [ like the ones used to peel potatoes and other veges]. i peel a thin slice and it usually takes 2 pieces to cover the sandwhich.

i still get the cheese flavour but eat less cheese:)

That is a good idea there Bella!!! It is all about moderation and I think you have found a great way to still have your cheese and not feel deprived, well done mate!!
