Hi all,
I just wanted to share a few tips with you of what I do to avoid sabotaging my weight loss plans at parties...
1) Eat less in the run-up to the event (this is always easier than saying you will eat less after the event).
2) Nurse a whisky (no one ever asks you to drink-up while your savouring a fine whisky).
3) Position yourself well away from the buffet tray.
